UNITY GAME ENGINEER (JUNIOR/ASSOCIATE)

The Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Unity Engineer to join our founding journey. You will work directly on gameplay mechanics, networking synchronization, and performance optimization. Because we lean heavily into AI-assisted development, we want an engineer who knows how to leverage modern AI tools to amplify their output, allowing them to focus on architecture and creative problem-solving.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement core gameplay features within Unity.
• Collaborate on multiplayer logic to ensure smooth, low-latency co-op experiences.
• Use provided AI coding assistants and models to accelerate development, refactor code, and prototype logic.
• Optimize game performance specifically for mobile platforms.
• Work closely with the founders to iterate on unique asymmetric mechanics, including shared roles, sensory imbalances, and tactical teamwork.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 0-2 years of professional experience, or a strong portfolio of personal Unity projects.
• Proficiency in C# and the Unity engine.
• An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about using LLMs and modern AI tools to augment your daily workflow.
• Solid understanding of mobile-specific constraints, including touch controls and memory management.
• Experience or strong interest in building multiplayer/network-connected games.
• A co-op mindset and interest in how players interact with each other.
  
  

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Bahria Town, Lahore, with a mix of focused remote work and in-person collaboration at our office.
