What you'll bring
You're a student with an interest in technology, education, or business. You want to help connect SAP with universities and academic communities across Asia Pacific.
- An academic background in Business, Technology, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Experience planning and coordinating events — physical, virtual, or hybrid.
- Analytical skills and comfort with data tools to track program performance and generate insights.
- A collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders — university faculty, students, and internal teams.
- A genuine interest in how technology creates value for academic communities and their students.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at.
In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.
What you'll build
You'll support a global program connecting SAP with academic institutions across Asia Pacific.
- Support the VP of University Alliances APAC in growing a network of academic thought leaders, faculty, and students.
- Coordinate and report on university programs, including SAP Learning and student certification initiatives.
- Plan and execute UA events, workshops, and community activities across Singapore and the APAC region.
- Support member universities in Singapore and contribute to new member growth and faculty engagement.
- Maintain program data, reports, and university engagement records accurately and on time.
- Track KPIs and program objectives in coordination with the UA Manager.
Where you belong
The People Growth & Leadership Excellence team works at the intersection of technology and education, shaping the future workforce across Asia Pacific. You'll engage with universities, faculty, and students across a global academic network. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers. This is a six-month internship based in Singapore, with up to 10% travel across the region.
