Unqork Engineer (Contract) – North America

About The Role: We are seeking a skilled Unqork Engineer to design, build, configure, and maintain enterprise applications using the Unqork no-code platform. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, integrate applications with third-party APIs and backend systems, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the SDLC. Location: North America (Fully Remote) Experience: 2+ years Schedule: Contract Position What You'll Do: Design, develop, and configure enterprise applications using the Unqork platform Translate business requirements into functional workflows, modules, components, and application configurations Build and maintain integrations between Unqork applications and third-party APIs and backend systems Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Unqork modules and applications Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC Participate in module and technical reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices Apply no-code/low-code development principles to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions Work with JavaScript, JSON, and relational databases as needed for application development and integrations Document technical designs, application configurations, workflows, and integrations Identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining application performance and reliability Work independently in a remote, distributed team environment What We're Looking For: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Unqork platform Strong understanding of no-code/low-code development principles and application architecture Hands-on experience with REST and/or SOAP API integrations Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, and relational databases Experience translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, distributed team Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred Must be based in North America Must have valid work authorization (U.S. citizen, green card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Unqork Certified Professional Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government) Background in Agile/Scrum development environments
