What we are looking for:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in contributing to an international and growing chemical distribution business
• Proactive mindset with a balance of independent ownership and collaborative teamwork
• Curious about new technologies and confident in using digital tools to improve efficiency
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
• High level of ownership, reliability, and accountability

Required qualifications and skills:
• Expertise and passion in your area of specialization
• Fluency in English; German and additional Central and Eastern European languages are a plus
• Affinity for digital tools and systems (e.g. JD Edwards, Salesforce)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic international environment
