Our products empower organisations to define well thought incentives structures and peer to peer recognition for their staff. We are an organically growing team with only 15 people currently. We have a very flat hierarchy where everyone has a say independently from their role and experience. Buben & Mädchen is our beloved partner with whom together we are crafting all our products. They are located in Mainz which is our second co-working space, besides Saarbrücken. Even tho we offer full remote positions we very much appreciate when everyone comes together for at least the team events we host regularly. These are events like "Learn & Lunch", Strategy Workshops and most importantly once a year a whole weekend in the blue all together.
