Upwork Bidder / Business Development Specialist (Probation → Long-Term)

We’re Hiring — Business Developer | Upwork & Fiverr

We’re looking for an experienced Business Developer who knows how to find the right opportunities on Upwork and Fiverr, connect with potential clients, and turn conversations into real software projects.

If you understand how these platforms work, know what makes a proposal stand out, and enjoy talking to clients, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Finding and evaluating relevant software projects on Upwork and Fiverr

• Writing personalized proposals that speak to the client’s actual needs

• Communicating with potential clients and understanding their requirements

• Following up with prospects and keeping conversations moving

• Working with our technical team to understand project requirements when needed

• Discussing scope, timelines, and pricing with clients

• Helping turn qualified leads into successful projects

• Building relationships with clients for long-term opportunities

• Keeping track of proposals, follow-ups, and results

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in business development through Upwork and Fiverr

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of software development services

• Confidence in client communication and negotiation

• Ability to recognize good opportunities and avoid wasting time on the wrong ones

• Consistent follow-up and a professional approach

• Someone who takes ownership of their work and is focused on results

Experience working with a software house, IT services company, or similar business will be a plus.
