Job Title: Sales Executive, Urgent Care Market
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will lead the development and execution of sales strategies targeting urgent care centers, multi-location urgent care groups, practice management and electronic health record (EHR) providers, technology partners, and other organizations serving the on-demand healthcare industry.
Prospective opportunities will be generated through the candidate’s existing industry relationships, RevSpring’s current market position, existing customers, named target accounts, marketing initiatives, business development activities, and strategic partner channels.
Target markets include large urgent care organizations, multi-location and independent urgent care practices, , retail and walk-in clinics, , practice management and EHR vendors, patient engagement platforms, revenue cycle management providers, payment and financing companies, and other strategic partners within the urgent care ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted prospects and partners to drive revenue growth and long-term business success.
- Build and maintain relationships with urgent care executives, practice owners, management organizations, , practice management and EHR providers, technology partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear business plans, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for prospects and partners.
- Evaluate existing sales strategies and market approaches for effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
- Identify opportunities to expand strategic partnerships and develop new sales channels within the urgent care and on-demand healthcare ecosystem.
- Evaluate proposals, requests for proposals, and partnership opportunities to ensure effective positioning and messaging.
- Partner with Marketing to develop industry-specific brand strategies, product positioning, content, and campaigns targeting urgent care organizations and technology partners.
- Create tailored messaging and value propositions for urgent care centers, multi-location groups, , software providers, and partner organizations.
- Present compelling business cases demonstrating the value of complex patient engagement, communication, payment, and workflow solutions.
- Apply consultative and solution-selling methodologies to create value and improve conversion rates among key prospects and partners.
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships with urgent care executives, practice owners, operational leaders, financial leaders, marketing leaders, and technology partners.
- Develop financial business cases that enable customer champions to secure internal approval and advance strategic initiatives.
- Present patient engagement, communication, payment, and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency, patient access, satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
- Leverage return-on-investment models, industry benchmarks, and business analytics to demonstrate measurable value.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of urgent care workflows, including patient acquisition, registration, scheduling, intake, eligibility, clinical communication, billing, collections, and post-visit engagement.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, activity records, account plans, and revenue forecasts using the company’s customer relationship management platform.

- Business value creation: Identify underlying operational, financial, and patient-engagement challenges within urgent care organizations and align solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Trusted-advisor mindset: Build long-term partnerships by demonstrating a strong understanding of urgent care operations, patient acquisition and retention, patient access, engagement, payments, revenue cycle performance, and industry trends.
- Resource coordination: Effectively mobilize internal and external resources to support sales efforts, partner initiatives, and organizational objectives.
- Sales negotiation: Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with and influence executive-level decision-makers, resulting in mutually beneficial business agreements.
- Analytical thinking: Understand and communicate complex operational, financial, and technology solutions.
- Solution simplification: Translate sophisticated technology offerings into clear business value and practical outcomes for urgent care organizations.
- Partner ecosystem development: Identify, develop, and grow strategic partnerships across EHR, practice management, revenue cycle management, payment, patient engagement, communications, and healthcare technology ecosystems.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience selling to urgent care organizations, multi-location healthcare groups, physician practices, retail clinics, occupational medicine providers, health systems, or healthcare technology companies.
- Experience working with urgent care practice management systems, EHR platforms, customer relationship management systems, patient engagement platforms, payment technologies, revenue cycle solutions, scheduling platforms, or related technology providers.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, patient engagement, payments, communications, revenue cycle management, practice growth, or workflow automation solutions.
- Established relationships within the urgent care, on-demand healthcare, or healthcare technology ecosystem preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Three to five years of sales executive experience within the urgent care or broader healthcare industry, including healthcare technology, practice management or EHR software, patient engagement solutions, payment technologies, revenue cycle management, communications, or related analytical and SaaS-based solutions.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
