We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines for technology and business roles.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate status.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate joining.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management abilities.
• Good understanding of technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Data, Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or SaaS Sales roles will be an advantage.

CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA

Compensation will depend on relevant experience, recruitment expertise, and overall candidate profile.
