Overview : Act as a strategic HR partner to US business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes. Drive employee relations initiatives, handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with US labor laws. Support performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition for manpower planning, hiring strategy, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with US employment laws including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and state-specific regulations. Support compensation planning, promotions, role changes, and workforce restructuring activities. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends. Drive employee engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and organizational culture activities for US teams. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment of policies, processes, and HR initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of HR experience with at least 4+ years supporting US HR operations. Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations. Experience working as an HRBP in IT / Consulting / Technology services environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in US time zones.
