Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruitment for IT positions, including intake meetings, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation for US-based roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking platforms, and conducting detailed technical and cultural fit assessments. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. The recruiter will also maintain accurate applicant tracking data, support compliance with hiring policies, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proficiency in IT recruitment and technical recruiting for a variety of roles and technology stacks.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring within the US market, including working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use ATS and recruitment tools, as well as job boards, social media, and networking platforms, effectively.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a focus on candidate and client experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions remotely.
• Understanding of current IT industry trends, common technologies, and competitive talent markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday – Friday 6-1 PM IST
