US Senior Accountant (For Pooling)

Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting, including month-end close and account reconciliations. Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system (eg QBO and Netsuite) and related finance tech stack (eg. Bill.com, Ramp) to ensure accurate data flow. Oversee vendor and customer subledger balances, supporting AP and AR processes as needed. Coordinate payroll-related accounting and ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses. Support internal and external audit requirements through proper documentation and schedule preparation. Participate in and provide support for software or system implementations and process improvements. Prepare financial reports, analyses, and other ad hoc schedules as required by management. Skills & Qualifications CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience. Preferably with 2–3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies . At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus). Strong exposure to ASC 606 QuickBooks, Bill.com and Credit Card transaction. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism.
