Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of US recruiting experience Able to perform complex Boolean searches on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com, etc.) Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD). Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, Twitter, etc. Requirements Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow, etc. Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results Ability to maintain and nurture the relationship with old and new clientele. Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; a disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Numerical Skill and Analytical mind.
