Location: Remote – Latin America or Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $9–$12 USD per hour
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time availability (final working hours to be confirmed)
About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based trucking and transportation company operating 24/7 to hire an experienced International Truck Driver Recruiter.
This position is ideal for a recruitment professional with direct experience hiring commercial CDL Class A drivers, strong outbound cold-calling skills, and the ability to identify qualified, reliable drivers for trucking operations.
You will play a key role in supporting driver recruitment efforts, managing candidate pipelines, and helping the company build a dependable workforce.
This is a hands-on recruiting position with a strong emphasis on outbound calling, driver qualification, and consistent candidate follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective truck drivers to assess interest, experience, qualifications, and eligibility.
- Source and recruit qualified CDL Class A commercial truck drivers, particularly for dry van trucking operations.
- Screen and interview driver candidates to evaluate relevant experience, communication skills, professional qualifications, and reliability.
- Ask structured qualifying questions to identify drivers who meet the company's hiring criteria.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach and screening through candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and follow-up activities using applicant tracking and recruitment management systems.
- Source potential candidates through recruitment platforms, including Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential drivers, referral sources, and recruiting networks.
- Coordinate with management and operations teams to support ongoing driver hiring requirements.
- Manage multiple recruitment pipelines while maintaining consistent communication and follow-up.
- Support the company's international recruitment initiatives and expansion efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven professional experience recruiting commercial truck drivers (must-have/nonnegotiable), particularly CDL Class A drivers (highly preferred).
- 2+ years of recruitment experience supporting U.S.-based trucking or transportation companies (must-have/nonnegotiable).
- Hands-on experience with outbound cold calling, lead qualification, candidate screening, and recruitment follow-ups.
- Strong understanding of truck driver recruitment and the ability to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
- Experience managing multiple job openings and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), transportation management systems (TMS), and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work on a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, including Saturdays and potential paid overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers for dry van trucking operations.
- Familiarity with Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and other driver sourcing channels.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly compensation of $9–$12 USD, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Full-time remote opportunity.
- Opportunity to work with a growing U.S.-based trucking and transportation organization.
- Exposure to specialized commercial driver recruitment and international hiring operations.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to the company's recruitment growth and driver acquisition efforts.
How to Apply:
If you have direct experience recruiting CDL Class A truck drivers, enjoy outbound candidate engagement, and can consistently identify qualified driver talent, we encourage you to apply.
Please note: This position requires relevant commercial truck driver recruitment experience. General recruitment or logistics experience without direct driver recruiting exposure may not meet the role's requirements.
