Core mandate Build and validate a capital-efficient U.S. veterinary market-entry path before major USDA or manufacturing investment. Primary responsibilities Develop partnerships with veterinary labs, hospital groups, universities, KOLs, distributors, and strategic companies. Build and manage a qualified partner pipeline. Design and advance pilots, evaluations, white-label, licensing, and reference-lab opportunities. Validate customer needs, test-menu priorities, pricing, workflow fit, and commercial economics. Coordinate contracts, technical support, marketing materials, and internal resources. Recommend when further regulatory or manufacturing investment is justified. Ideal profile 5–10 years in veterinary diagnostics, animal health, diagnostics BD, or veterinary laboratory services Existing U.S. veterinary industry relationships Strong outbound and partnership-development capability Comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources Able to convert discussions into pilots and commercial commitments Sufficient regulatory judgment without becoming overly risk-averse
