Overview

We are recruiting a Usability Researcher for AI projects. You will examine how users complete defined product tasks, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare usability findings tied to observed behavior for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect usability sessions, task observations, and participant feedback related to how users complete defined product tasks.

- Compare success, errors, hesitation, and comments across tasks and users.

- Document source details, methods, context, and limitations for each finding.

- Prepare usability findings tied to observed behavior, linking conclusions to supporting evidence.

- Flag unobserved causes, inconsistent task conditions, or missing user groups for further review.

Requirements

- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

- Ability to observe and interpret user performance on defined tasks.

- Ability to document task behavior, errors, comments, and context.

- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

- Previous usability research, UX research, or product testing experience is preferred.
