User Acquisition Manager (SRN)

We are looking for a talented Senior UA Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll work on large-scale international projects with budgets starting at $300,000 per month . You’ll manage traffic acquisition on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat, explore new traffic sources, and optimize existing advertising strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning, launching, and refining campaigns to ensure the success of our games and reach millions of players worldwide. Key Responsibilities Manage international mobile projects with budgets starting at $300,000 per month (Monetization models: IAP and IAP+IAA) Development and implementation of methodologies for working with new types of targeting Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns to consistently meet KPIs Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance Automate routine tasks in the procurement process Collaborate with the creative team to find signals at your source Maintain effective communication with traffic source representatives Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok (familiarity with Snapchat and Google Ads will be a plus) Proficiency in mobile attribution fundamentals with experience using AppsFlyer or Adjust Strong understanding of advertising campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.) and the ability to analyze and optimize large datasets Solid knowledge of unit economics and its application to ad strategies Proven experience managing and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding $300,000 per month Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau Expertise in market analysis with the ability to identify growth opportunities Strong grasp of A/B testing, from designing experiments to analyzing results English proficiency at B2 level or higher – for effective negotiations, market analysis, and communication with international partners Knowledge of Russian language Understanding of SkadNetwork principles (will be a plus) Benefits Flexible work environment: work remotely from home or in our office in Cyprus Paid holidays and sick leave to prioritize your health and well-being Competitive salary based on interview results and annual performance reviews Bonus system tied to the company's success and performance Opportunities to attend conferences, workshops, and meetups English classes Cool corporate parties and team-building events Holiday Gifts: celebrate special occasions with thoughtful holiday gifts from the company Free lunches in our office: enjoy a pleasant time over a meal with your colleagues
