We're looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to shape our product integration tool, SoundClear Studio®. You'll develop a deep understanding of Cirrus Logic chips and design rich, intuitive GUIs that help customers integrate those products into their own devices. Your design decisions will directly influence how engineers around the world experience our technology.

What you'll do

Lead the design of complex software applications from concept to delivery

Uncover user needs and tooling requirements through user research and interviews

Turn ambiguous requests into concrete, actionable design solutions

Bring ideas to life with prototypes and design artifacts

Gather stakeholder feedback through iterative design and usability testing

Collaborate with developers to maintain design intent throughout the implementation process

Facilitate workshops that help teams explore problems, surface pain points, and align on direction
What you'll bring

Proven experience as a User Experience Designer on commercial products

A track record of designing software tools and solving complex design challenges

Confidence conducting user research, iterative design, and usability testing

An eye for clean UI design

The ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at every level

Comfort collaborating in an asynchronous team

Motivation to solve problems through creative thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of hands-on experience

Background designing for semiconductor, engineering, or other technically complex industries

Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
