We're looking to connect with a UX Design Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and turning them into digital experiences that are intuitive, easy to use, and actually make sense for the people using them.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys more than just the visual side of design. You’ll have the opportunity to lead UX efforts across complex applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help influence how products and processes are designed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading UX design efforts across large-scale projects and complex applications.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to better understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Turning business requirements and complex workflows into wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring design solutions to life.
- Helping establish UX standards and advocating for the user throughout the design process.
What I’m looking for:
- Experience designing B2B software, enterprise applications, or portals used by professional or expert users.
- A strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into effective design solutions.
- Someone who can take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
- Experience in complex or regulated industries is a plus.
A few important details:
- Location: 100% remote, but candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
If you enjoy digging into complex problems, understanding how people work, and finding ways to make their experience better, I’d love to connect.
Feel free to message me directly or comment below if you’re interested or know someone who might be a great fit!
