UX Researcher

About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher who can directly connect with users, conduct meaningful conversations and interviews, understand their needs and pain points, and gather actionable feedback to help improve our products and services.
This is not a UI/UX Design role. You will not be primarily responsible for designing interfaces, creating wireframes, or working on visual design.
The focus of this role is understanding users and turning their feedback into meaningful product insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one user interviews and user research sessions.
- Connect with users and understand their experiences, expectations, needs, and challenges.
- Prepare interview questions and research questionnaires.
- Conduct structured and unstructured conversations with users.
- Collect and document qualitative feedback from users.
- Identify common pain points, frustrations, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
- Translate research findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with product and business teams to communicate user insights.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
- Maintain organized research notes, interview records, and findings.
- Follow up with users when additional information or clarification is required.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Important
This is NOT a UI/UX Designer position.
We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys talking to users, conducting interviews, collecting feedback, understanding user behavior, and generating insights rather than someone focused primarily on visual design or interface creation.
