Overview

We are looking for empathetic observers who can judge whether generated responses address stated user needs. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario conversations and multimedia outputs for usefulness, clarity, and contextual fit. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Review simulated interactions for direct answers, respectful tone, and missed user concerns.

• Compare responses and choose the one that addresses the stated need more effectively.

• Explain your choice using specific details from the supplied scenario.

• Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.

• Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

• Confident spoken English and clear written communication.

• Empathetic reading of stated user needs.

• Ability to judge scenario responses using stated needs and criteria.

• A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.

• Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
