User Researcher Consultant (SC Cleared)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a flexi working model (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site visits when required).

We are looking for multiple User/UX Researcher Consultants (Mid & Senior level) to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).

Consultant level budget: up to £72000 + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi working

Senior Consultant level budget: up to £82000 + disc bonus + 10% pension + 25 days annual leav (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi working

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must hold active SC level clearance
• Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.
• Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.
• Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where you’ve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights you’ve gathered.
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys.
• Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
