UX Designer Consultant (SC Cleared)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices across the UK and will offer a hybrid working policy of 2 days onsite/3 days remote (client site travel will be Sussex based)

We're are looking for multiple User Experience/UX Designer Consultants (Mid to Senior level) to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government.

Consultant grade level budget: up to £72k + full bens + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (additional 5 buy or sell days available)

Senior Consultant level budget: up to £82k + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (additional 5 buy or sell days available)

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must hold active SC level clearance
• Grounding in user-centred design, from concept to final delivery.
• Ability to build prototypes using code to create dynamic prototypes using HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript.
• Experience using a range of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision Studio, Axure etc - Figma is a must, the others are seen as more of a nice to have
• Ability to present designs and justify decisions you’ve made using an evidence-based approach.
• Any experience working with GDS Prototyping Toolkit would also be highly advantageous, but not seen as a must-have requirement
