Job Title: UX Designer Job Description: We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct research, and design high-quality interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing. Analyze user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions. Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach. Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure user requirements are met. Maintain and evolve the organization's design system. Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the design process. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio (mandatory). Proficiency with Figma , Axure , Conceptboard , and Mentimeter . Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines. Experience in user research, prototyping, and interaction design.
