UX Lead

We're seeking an individual who can help us continue to break boundaries, lead by example, and deliver on our promise to players. You'll work closely with the Design Director, taking feature and gameplay requirements and shaping them into UX flows players actually enjoy, evolving and adapting them wherever they need to fit and feel right on screen. You'll also set the UX direction for the wider design team, mentoring other designers and keeping their work consistent, while still producing wireframes and flows yourself. With your help, we’ll build an efficient and entertaining AAA experience for our future players. This is a unique opportunity to break away from the conventional and make your mark on something special. What you will do Create wireframes, flows and interaction patterns yourself for key features, from first pass through to final polish. Set the UX direction for the wider team, keeping patterns and principles consistent across features. Lead and mentor other UX Designers and Technical UI Designers reviewing their work and giving them a clear framework to design within. Work with UI Art and Technical UI Design to keep designs usable and visually consistent. Run usability sessions and turn findings into concrete design changes. Present UX improvements to the Design Director and other stakeholders. Help maintain shared UX documentation and patterns other designers can reuse. Who you are Experience leading UX design, ideally with some time spent mentoring or managing other designers. Still hands-on: strong wireframing and flow-design skills, comfortable working from a rough concept to a detailed spec. A portfolio that shows your skillset, both your own design work and work you've guided others through. A collaborative communicator who works well with art, tech, design and directors. Nice to have: Comfortable in Photoshop and Illustrator creating UI assets. Salary range Starting from SEK 63,800 rising to SEK 89,000 with experience, plus bi-annual bonus, and perks.
