This role ensures UX work is well-organized, visible, and delivered on time by coordinating with cross functional teams. The coordinator enables UX teams to focus on high-impact development work by driving operational discipline, clear communication, and consistent delivery practices. Associate Responsibilities Coordinate UX workstreams across multiple eCommerce initiatives (e.g., site content updates, site enhancements, AB testing, personalization, and user research). Act as a central point of coordination between UX, marketing, merchandising, creative, customer service, legal, and regional partners. Ensuring developers have all necessary specs, assets, and documentation to build accurately. Manage UX project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with cross functional partners. Supporting standard UX delivery processes (intake, prioritization, handoff, QA). Track project progress against plans and proactively identify and report risks, blockers, and capacity issues to key stakeholders. Support sprint planning and backlog readiness for UX-related work. Responsible for scheduling key meeting ceremonies, keeping minutes during stakeholder meetings, and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked. Facilitate UX standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed. Maintain UX documentation, workflows, and artifacts in shared tools (e.g., Azure, ADO wiki, Jira, Confluence, Figma, User Testing). Help scale consistent ways of working across business units. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and predictability in UX execution. Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into UX priorities, timelines, and outcomes. Assist with leadership-ready summaries and reporting of UX progress, risks, and impact. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations (digital, UX, commerce or product-focused). Experience working in an agile or hybrid agile environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Translating complexity into clear, actionable updates. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience supporting UX, design, or research teams. Exposure to UX research, design systems, and usability testing processes. Familiarity with D2C eCommerce platforms and customer experience workflows. Working knowledge of tools such as Azure, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills. Anticipates issues and proactively resolves them. Customer centric mindset. Understanding how UX work impacts customer experience and business outcomes. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions This position has a Remote location. Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site.
