Role Description
Role Description:
We’re looking for a UX Writer to join our UX Writing and Content Design organisation in our Marketplace department. We’re a close-knit community made up of more than 70 writers.
Loyalty & Commercial Incentives: You'll shape how millions of travellers understand and engage with Booking.com's loyalty programme and commercial incentives. From rewards and benefits messaging to end-to-end programme experiences across web and app, you'll craft copy that makes complex systems feel simple and motivating. The work spans multiple touchpoints and requires you to think systemically about how language builds trust, drives engagement, and supports long-term customer relationships.
You'd be embedded across multiple product teams, collaborating closely with PMs, PMMs, and UX designers. Some weeks you'll be deep in strategic messaging frameworks; others you'll be moving quickly on smaller requests or flows.
Our mission is to deliver the best value and easiest travel experience for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to create products used by millions of travellers and partners around the globe across different platforms, from web to app.
In this role, you'll partner directly with highly iterative product teams, while enjoying the support, community and resources of a large, experienced UX organisation made up of nearly 200 writers, designers and researchers. You’ll report to the UX Writing Manager for your area who will support you in your growth and development.
UX Writers at Booking.com write clear and concise quality messaging that considers the end-to-end user experience. You need to be an excellent communicator and collaborator – we work in a dynamic and diverse environment where inclusivity, openness and humility are key. Almost everything you write will be translated into 44+ languages and dialects, and you’ll need to work closely with peers and stakeholders like Marketing, Brand and Legal to deliver at velocity and scale.
