As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: UX/Product Designer Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to take ownership of native product design and contribute to consistent, high-quality player experience across our digital products. The role is particularly important in bringing native design capabilities in-house while increasing design quality, speed and consistency across the organization. Responsibilities: Ownership of UX and UI design across iOS and Android products. Creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs. Design of intuitive, engaging and commercially effective player experiences. Design of end-to-end player journeys across onboarding, navigation and key product experiences. Collaboration with Product Managers on translating requirements into user experiences. Incorporation of insights from UX Research and Product Analytics. Collaboration with Engineering throughout implementation and design QA. Maintenance of design consistency across products, platforms and markets. Contribution to the product design system and reusable components. Consideration of iOS and Android platform conventions. Collaboration with Content / UX Writing. Identification of usability and interaction issues. Continuous improvement based on research, analytics and player feedback. Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer. Proven experience designing mobile products for iOS and Android. Strong experience in consumer digital products. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product design processes. Experience with design systems and reusable components. Experience working with Product, Research and Engineering teams. Ability to translate complex player and business needs into simple solutions. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience. Gaming experience is a strong advantage.
