UX/UI Designer

The Mission

At Krops, we believe that an automation engine is only as good as the interface that controls it. As our UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for skinning technical complexity with world-class design. You won’t just be making things "look pretty"; you will be designing the command centers, internal tools, and dashboards that allow our clients to manage their autonomous empires with total clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Operational UX: Map out complex user journeys and data flows to minimize cognitive overload and maximize efficiency.

• High-Fidelity Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma that serve as the technical blueprint for our development team.

• Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all custom business portals.

• Responsive Transformation: Revamp outdated legacy software into modern, intuitive, and mobile-responsive interfaces.

• Visual Identity: Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the high-tech precision and "Lean Excellence" of the Krops brand.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Systemic" Designer: You don't just design pages; you design systems. You understand how a change in one component impacts the whole architecture.

• Tools of the Trade: Mastery of Figma and high-fidelity prototyping. A basic understanding of React or Tailwind CSS is a massive plus.

• Problem-First Mindset: You start with user research and wireframing before moving to pixels.

• Portfolio of Utility: We want to see dashboards, SaaS products, or internal tools—designs that solved a real business problem.
