UX/UI Designer – Figma & Design Systems

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to enhance their financial planning and reporting systems. The role involves collaborating with technical and functional teams to create intuitive and innovative digital solutions for complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces that align with user expectations.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Partner with business and IT teams to define user experience and interface requirements.
• Maintain design consistency and branding across all digital products.
• Simplify complex problems into elegant solutions that improve the overall user experience.
• Integrate user feedback throughout all phases of the design and development process.
• Utilize modern methodologies to ensure products are accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly.
  
  

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience with ICT technologies and engineering.
• You possess 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
• You bring proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Invision.
• You have expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, visual interfaces, and responsive screen design.
• You possess experience establishing design systems and content design for content-driven pages.
• You're familiar with modern UX/UI methodologies focusing on accessibility and inclusivity.
• You bring proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• You have previous experience working within a public sector environment.
• You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or engineering field.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.
