The Company brings together more than 35 years of industry experience to provide a connected platform of configure, price, quote (CPQ) software, online space planning, computer-aided design (CAD) applications, business process management, manufacturing execution systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP). At Cyncly, we are committed to fostering an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment where all voices are valued and celebrated. We prioritize representation from minority groups. We recognize that our unique approach and success stem from the wealth of perspectives brought by our diverse teams.

About the Role
This is a role for a designer who leads with evidence. As Cyncly’s UX Designer III, you will bring rigour and user insight into the heart of the product design process for one of our globally used design applications — a product used by professional designers, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide. Based in LATAM, you will be working within a globally distributed team, collaborating closely with the Head of UX Design, the Lead User Researcher, product managers, and data analysts across time zones.

This is a deeply hands-on UX role with a strong research orientation. You will plan and conduct your own discovery and evaluative research, synthesise findings into actionable design direction, and translate data signals into interaction design that is both intuitive and impactful. You are equally comfortable in a workshop, an analytics dashboard, and Figma — and you know how to connect all three.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for product areas within a globally used design application — from discovery and problem definition through to validated, high-fidelity design and handoff.
  • Plan and conduct mixed-method research independently — including user interviews, contextual enquiry, usability testing, surveys, and Jobs-to-be-Done studies — to inform and validate design decisions at every stage.
  • Work closely with data analysts and product managers to interpret product analytics, behavioural data, and funnel metrics, translating quantitative signals into clear UX hypotheses and design responses.
  • Synthesise research and data findings into actionable insights, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, and design principles that the wider global team can align around.
  • Design clear, well-reasoned interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect a deep understanding of user needs, task context, and business goals.
  • Run collaborative design activities — including discovery workshops, assumption mapping, and concept validation sessions — with product and engineering stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to the definition of UX success metrics and work with product and analytics teams to measure the impact of design changes post-release.
  • Apply an inclusive and accessibility-conscious design approach, ensuring designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards for a diverse global user base.
  • Partner with the Lead User Researcher to ensure consistent research practices and contribute to the growing research repository and knowledge base.
  • Mentor and support less experienced designers in the team, modelling a research-informed design practice and helping to raise the bar for design quality and rigour across Cyncly.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in UX design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, with a demonstrable track record of research-informed design practice.
  • Strong proficiency in mixed-method UX research — including moderated and unmoderated usability testing, in-depth interviews, contextual enquiry, and survey design — with the ability to operate independently without a dedicated researcher.
  • Proven ability to work with quantitative data: interpreting product analytics, behavioural funnels, heatmaps, and A/B test results to identify UX problems and opportunities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma — including complex flows, interactive prototyping, component usage, and design handoff documentation.
  • Strong skills in synthesising research findings into clear outputs — including insight reports, journey maps, opportunity spaces, and design rationale — for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Experience facilitating discovery and alignment workshops with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics, with a portfolio demonstrating their application in complex product environments.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and experience applying accessibility best practices within the design process.
  • Advanced English — this is essential for day-to-day collaboration, research communication, and design presentation within a globally distributed team.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-moving, growth-stage technology environment, where priorities shift and structure is still being established.
