We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative digital marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about creating engaging digital deliverables.

Who You Are

  • Experienced with UI design tools including Figma

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-centric design solutions

  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes

  • Design generalist with the ability to work on other design-related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design.

  • A true team player who can work closely with others

  • A keen eye for detail, while combining functionality and aesthetics

  • Ability to discuss and explain design options

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Interested in learning new skills and keeping up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface.

  • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client facing

  • At a minimum, basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

    • What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications

  • Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces

  • Design and develop visually appealing webpages, ensuring a seamless user experience

  • Work within and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms

  • Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality

  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. social posts, display ads, emails)

  • Proactively report to internal managers and manage your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
