Senior UI/UX Developer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with a strong grasp of modern design principles and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with front-end development understanding to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with our brand and elevate the user experience. Key Responsibilities Design & Prototype: Create intuitive and visually compelling designs using Figma. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that bring ideas to life. Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user interfaces and experiences. Gather and implement feedback throughout the design lifecycle. Visual Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to enhance design assets or create unique visuals where needed. Maintain design consistency through style guides, UI kits, and reusable components. Usability Testing: Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal usability. Use analytics and research data to inform design decisions. Mentor & Guide: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers or developers. Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards across the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced visual design. UI/UX Expertise: Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, patterns, and frameworks. Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications. Development Awareness: Working knowledge of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bring designs to life. Research & Testing: Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
