Job Description:

Join Job Duck as an Overnight Intake Specialist and become a vital part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to potential clients outside of traditional business hours. In this role, you will guide individuals through the intake process, ensure critical case information is collected accurately, and help maintain the smooth flow of operations overnight. During slower periods, you will assist with case management tasks, medical records requests, and documentation review, making a direct impact on case progression and client service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Monthly

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to new web and chat leads immediately. Call while calling hours permit; otherwise, respond by text and email and place the lead at the top of the morning queue. Target: first response within 5 minutes.

• Close each shift with a written handoff summary that feeds the office’s reconciliation check.

• Process electronic signatures and documents that arrive overnight.

• Work the queue during quiet hours: batch data entry updates and lead record corrections assigned by the team.

• Build the morning callback queue with case ready notes so 7:00 AM callbacks begin without research.

• Monitor the after hours assistant’s captures as they land: verify each new lead created correctly in the system, complete and enrich the record, flag anything needing attorney review.

• own Spanish language after hours callers end to end.

Requirements:

• Checklist-driven

• Detail-obsessed

• Energized rather than drained by independent work

• Judgment about what wakes someone up versus what waits for the handoff note.

• +2 years of inside sales or phone-based selling experience

• Empathy with urgency

• English proficiency: Verbal and written

• Attention to detail

Schedule: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM - Monday to Thursday and Sunday
