Vacation Consultant

This is a hybrid position, requiring members to work from our downtown Vancouver office three days per week. Please note that this is not a standard Monday-to-Friday role. Candidates must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays, and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. While this is an inbound sales role, we are primarily seeking candidates with a strong customer service background. Previous sales experience would be considered an asset. Vacation Consultants assist prospective and existing guests through phone, email, and online channels, so excellent English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in a second language would be an asset. Candidates must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
