Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences. Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours to curate personalized itineraries. Provide expert recommendations and insider tips for memorable vacations. Handle all aspects of trip planning, including bookings, payments, and confirmations. Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners. Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and destination updates. Offer ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older . Passionate about travel and customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Basic computer skills and internet access required.
