Role Description

The Senior Valuation Analyst is a contract-based role responsible for supporting investment and project evaluation across Globarb’s global portfolio. In this role, the analyst conducts detailed financial and business analyses, prepares valuation models along with reports, and assesses the economic viability of projects and companies in sectors such as renewable energy, advanced technology, industrial manufacturing, and sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial and market data and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and scenario modeling.
• Advanced Financial Modeling capabilities, with hands-on experience building and auditing models in Excel or similar tools.
• Solid foundation in Finance, with knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, capital markets, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CBV, ASA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, advisory, or valuation-focused roles is highly beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex valuation findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment

Compensation

This is a contract-based project. There is no monthly salary.
