Job Description

Role Summary:
The VAS B2B Marketing Programs Manager will be a hands-on execution partner supporting the Acceptance, Risk and Issuing marketing leads across CEMEA. Reporting to the Director, VAS B2B Field Marketing, the role will provide additional delivery capacity across events, webinars, campaign activation, content localization, lead follow-up and performance reporting.

This is primarily an execution and coordination role rather than a business-unit strategy role. The successful candidate will work from priorities and briefs set by the relevant BU marketing leads, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and agencies, and ensure programs are completed on time with disciplined lead management and reporting.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Digital Activation:

  • Support the BU marketing leads in executing approved B2B campaigns for Acceptance, Risk and Issuing across regional and priority-market audiences.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, landing pages, paid and organic channels, content syndication, account-based marketing and other relevant activation channels.
  • Turn approved campaign briefs into detailed execution plans, timelines, asset requirements, audience lists, channel actions and measurement trackers.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, quality assurance, launch, optimization and reporting with internal teams and external agencies.

Events, Webinars & Client Engagement:

  • Support BU marketing leads with the planning and delivery of client-facing events, executive engagements, roundtables, industry conferences, sponsorship activations and regional field marketing programs.
  • Manage end-to-end webinar delivery, including project planning, promotion, registration, speaker readiness, audience communications, live execution, follow-up and reporting.
  • Manage event and webinar operations, including agencies, vendors, production, branding, registration, budgets, agendas, run-of-show materials and on-site execution.
  • Ensure pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up are connected to priority accounts, sales actions and measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead Nurture, Progression & Marketing Operations:

  • Coordinate agreed lead nurture and follow-up journeys, ensuring engaged audiences are captured, routed and progressed through marketing and sales follow-up.
  • Partner with Demand Operations and Sales to define lead capture, handoff, routing, CRM updates, follow-up expectations and reporting discipline.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, priority account lists, program trackers and accurate campaign records.
  • Track gaps and delays in lead progression, escalate them to the relevant BU marketing lead, and coordinate corrective follow-up with Sales and Demand Operations.

Analytics, Insights & Optimization:

  • Apply agreed measurement frameworks and track campaign engagement, account response, lead generation, lead progression, pipeline contribution, conversion and return on marketing investment.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and concise stakeholder reports that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Analyze performance by business unit, market, audience, channel and program type, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare post-program reviews and practical recommendations that help BU marketing leads improve future targeting, content, channel mix and nurture execution.

Content Localization & Market Relevance:

  • Adapt global campaigns, thought leadership, sales materials, landing pages, client communications and event assets for CEMEA markets and audiences.
  • Coordinate translation and review workflows while preserving brand, product, legal and market requirements.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Communications and local teams to ensure messaging is relevant, differentiated and aligned with regional priorities.
  • Develop reusable campaign toolkits, templates and playbooks that improve quality, consistency and speed across markets.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, integrated campaigns or a related discipline, with a bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns, events and/or webinars for B2B audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, performance reporting, lead management and cross-functional program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, B2B SaaS or an allied technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, audience segmentation, account-based marketing, lead nurture, CRM processes and pipeline measurement.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, project management and reporting platforms such as Dynamics, Eloqua, Demandbase, Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations and executive-ready updates.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple assigned programs, manage budgets and agencies, and coordinate deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, clients and partners.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across diverse CEMEA markets.
  • Results-oriented and commercially minded, with a focus on measurable outcomes including engagement, pipeline contribution, adoption, usage and revenue growth.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve marketing productivity, speed and effectiveness.
  • Additional regional language capability is an advantage.
