Value Consultant (m/f/d) Our client is looking for a Value Consultant to help enterprise customers understand and quantify the business value of technology solutions. The role focuses on developing business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations while collaborating with sales teams and solution experts to demonstrate measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, excellent analytical skills, and experience communicating with senior business stakeholders. Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week), Hybrid Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract Key Responsibilities: Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the business impact and value of solutions. Create ROI, TCO, and financial models to quantify customer benefits and support investment decisions. Collaborate with sales teams, solution experts, and product specialists to define customer value strategies. Build executive-level presentations that communicate strategic benefits and business outcomes. Analyze customer data, market insights, and external research to develop actionable recommendations. Translate complex business challenges into clear value propositions aligned with customer objectives. Present recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and executive audiences. Quickly understand complex business challenges, industries, and technology concepts. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience within a leading management consulting or professional services organization. Experience working with and presenting to senior executives and business leaders. Proven experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations. Experience with ROI analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and value measurement methodologies. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis, hypothesis development, and financial modelling using Excel and other analytics tools. Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business recommendations. High level of intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or technology consulting. Background in value consulting, value engineering, strategy consulting, business transformation, or solution consulting. Experience supporting complex enterprise customer engagements and strategic sales cycles. Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) required. Master’s degree (MA/MSc) preferred.
