Job Description Support business analysis, market research, and data-driven projects to identify growth opportunities. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive materials. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support business decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Client-facing functions. Support ongoing initiatives that drive client engagement, operational excellence, and product adoption. Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends. Help monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key business priorities. Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders throughout the internship. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028 . Pursuing studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the payments industry.
