Shape the future of Veeva across a growing international healthcare business

At Abacus Medicine Group, technology enables us to improve access to medicine across Europe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Veeva Platform Specialist who wants more than just system administration.

This is an opportunity to become the go-to expert for our Veeva ecosystem and play a key role in defining how the platform evolves across our organisation.

You'll join us at an exciting stage of our Veeva journey. Rather than inheriting a highly mature setup, you'll have the freedom to influence, design, improve, and build scalable solutions that support colleagues across our European affiliates. Your ideas will matter, your expertise will be valued, and your impact will be visible.

Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Operations, you'll help create a platform experience that drives efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction throughout the business.

If you're someone who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation, this could be your next career move.

What you'll be doing

As our Veeva Platform Specialist, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous development of the Veeva platform while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to maximise business value.

Platform Ownership & Development

  • Support, administer, and optimise Veeva CRM and PromoMats

  • Manage user access, permissions, configurations, and platform settings

  • Support releases, platform enhancements, testing, and implementation activities

  • Monitor platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

  • Support integrations and help maintain the wider Veeva ecosystem

  • Contribute to the long-term Veeva roadmap and platform strategy

Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, compliance, efficiency, and user experience

  • Drive adoption of new functionality and ways of working

  • Balance innovation with governance, compliance, and quality requirements

  • Help establish scalable platform capabilities that support future business growth

User Support & Enablement

  • Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for Veeva-related questions

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external partners

  • Develop training materials, guides, and support documentation

  • Facilitate onboarding and user training sessions

  • Promote best practices and help users maximise the value of the platform

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across all AMP affiliates

  • Understand user challenges and advocate for improvements

  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way

  • Support change management and platform adoption initiatives

What success looks like

Within your first year, you will:

  • Become a trusted Veeva expert across the organisation

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries

  • Increase platform adoption and user satisfaction

  • Deliver meaningful improvements that simplify processes and create business value

  • Establish yourself as a key contributor to the future Veeva roadmap

  • Help create a culture where technology empowers people to do their best work

Who are we looking for?

We imagine you have a strong foundation in Veeva and are ready for a role where you can influence both platform development and user experience.

We expect that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM, PromoMats, or the wider Veeva ecosystem

  • Experience with platform administration, configuration, and support

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and gathering requirements

  • The ability to understand technical concepts and platform architecture

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A structured and proactive approach to your work

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for creating great user experiences

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry

  • Knowledge of Veeva Vault architecture and functionality

  • Experience with integrations, CRM ecosystems, or data management

  • Exposure to system projects, releases, or platform enhancements

  • Experience supporting training, change management, or adoption initiatives

What we offer

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a critical platform in a growing and international organisation.

You'll enjoy:

  • A highly autonomous role with real ownership and influence

  • The opportunity to shape and build the future Veeva landscape across AMP

  • Remote-first flexibility with the freedom to work from wherever you're based

  • International exposure through collaboration with colleagues across Europe

  • Exciting stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions and affiliates

  • Opportunities to travel and build relationships across the organisation

  • A collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed and acted upon

  • Professional growth through strategic platform initiatives and continuous development

Most importantly, you'll join at a point where you can genuinely leave your mark. This is not a role where everything is already defined. It's an opportunity to help design how the platform should evolve, influence decision-making, and build solutions that will support the organisation for years to come.

Interested?

If you're excited by the opportunity to combine technology, stakeholder engagement, and platform development in a role with genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you. We encourage you to submit your application.
We review applications on an ongoing basis and screening conversations may take place continously. We therefore encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
