About the Role

Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for vendor management, business analytics, and driving profitable growth? TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Business Manager to play a critical role in managing and growing strategic vendor partnerships within our technology portfolio.

In this role, you will own the financial performance of assigned vendor lines, including profit and loss (P&L) management, forecasting, inventory optimization, market analysis, and relationship management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and vendor partners, helping identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue and profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data-driven decision-making with strategic relationship management while making a measurable impact on business success.

What You'll Do

Drive Vendor Business Performance

  • Own and manage the financial performance of assigned vendor lines, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, and overall business health.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and accelerate growth.
  • Develop and present recommendations that support strategic business objectives and drive measurable results.

Build Strategic Vendor Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners across multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives, leadership teams, and executives.
  • Lead business reviews and present insights related to product performance, market trends, profitability, and promotional effectiveness.

Forecasting & Inventory Management

  • Create accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory strategies.
  • Analyze inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Support funding initiatives and business plans that maximize vendor investment and market opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges related to assigned vendor lines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

Market & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data to develop actionable insights, business recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, technology trends, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

Partner with Sales Teams

  • Collaborate closely with sales organizations to develop growth strategies and support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Align vendor programs and initiatives with sales objectives to maximize business impact.
  • Drive go-to-market activities that increase vendor visibility and market share.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, product management, sales, marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen with experience analyzing financial data, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
