Job Purpose

Perform Credit Assessment of Venture Debt / Credit applications.

Job Description

• Perform credit assessment on venture financing applications and conduct due diligence on new financing proposal applications.
• Submit financing and investment papers to obtain approval for financing, variation, disbursement, subsequent exercise of warrants and exits from investments.
• Liaise with frontline divisions on the management of approved accounts.
• Participate in and contribute to all aspects of the financing process with responsibility for all quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies and funds.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Credit, Corporate Finance (Investment Banking), Private Equity, and/or Venture Capital.
• Possess Interpersonal/Communication, Financial Reporting, Finance, Investment, Negotiation, Financial Acumen, Business Acumen and Credit Analysis skills.
