About the Role:
As a Verifications Officer at Plenti, you’ll help turn approved applications into settled loans. You’ll check documents and customer details, identify anything that needs attention and work with our broker, dealer and internal teams to get applications across the line smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and verify customer documents and application information
  • Check identity, payment details, assets and other loan requirements
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information or potential risks and take appropriate action
  • Work with brokers, dealers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep applications moving
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on missing or incomplete information
  • Build your knowledge of our lending products, KYC and AML/CTF requirements

About You:
You’ll bring prior experience in customer service and administration within a fast-paced environment, along with:

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in finance, lending or automotive, or familiarity with KYC and AML/CTF requirements, is highly regarded but not essential
