Summary/Objective
The Verification Processing Agent is an essential role within the ProScreening organization. The verification team works diligently to verify information on employment applicants' resumes, including but not limited to employment, education, and reference information. A successful Verification Processing Agent efficiently and accurately provides clients with verified applicant information at a rate of 18 or more cases worked per hour.
Core Job Duties
- Conduct reference calls and perform employment and education verifications.
- Produce 18 or more cases worked per hour by 90 days of employment and on an ongoing basis.
- Process employment verifications to confirm information contained on job applications for clients.
- Receive inbound calls from companies, schools, and references returning requests for verification.
- Maintain a total mistake ratio of less than 1% of completed verifications.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Some phone or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English speakers preferred.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
Work Authorization
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
