Veterans Employment Program Manager

WIL is seeking a Veterans Employment Program Manager to lead a program that helps veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness find and keep jobs.

What you'll do

• Lead program design for outreach, intake, case management, and job placement
• Build partnerships with veteran service organizations, housing providers, workforce boards, and employers
• Plan job training, credential, and supportive-service offerings
• Coordinate with veteran health care and housing resources
• Track enrollment, placement, and job-retention outcomes
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming

Required

• Experience leading veteran employment, reintegration, or homeless-services programs
• Case management and job-development experience
• Knowledge of veteran-serving systems and benefits
• Outcome tracking and reporting experience
• Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US

Nice to have

• Veteran or military-family background
• Prior federal veterans employment grant experience
• Experience with veteran housing programs
