VFX Artist

We are seeking a talented and creative FX / Slot Games Animator with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to join our growing game development team. In this role, you will create high-quality visual effects and animations for slot games, ensuring engaging player experiences and polished gameplay presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality FX animations for slot games, including symbol animations, transitions, win effects, special feature animations, and UI FX.
• Develop and animate 2D assets using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other tools as required.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to translate concepts into polished in-game animations.
• Optimize animations and VFX for performance across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Implement feedback from Art Directors and Producers to refine and improve animations.
• Work with existing art direction to maintain a consistent visual style across the game.
• Prepare and export assets in required formats for integration into the game engine.
• Stay updated with animation, FX, and slot game trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2D Animator / VFX Artist, ideally within the slot or iGaming industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must-have).
• Solid understanding of 2D animation principles, motion graphics, and FX workflows.
• Experience with Photoshop or similar tools.
• Experience in slot game animation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spine or similar 2D animation tools.
• Previous iGaming / casino game experience.
