We're a small team of excellent people who take care of everything from ideas to testing, and we intend to grow while maintaining our high standards. Role Creating high-quality 2D and 3D VFX, including motion graphics & animations Developing and implementing visual effects both for for core gameplay, UI screens and character VFXs Collaborating with designers, artists, and developers to integrate 3D assets and VFX seamlessly into the game in Unity Working with developers to adapt and integrate new art features based on project specifications Optimizing VFX for performance Developing and maintaining VFX pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient production processes Troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to motion graphics & animations & VFX creation and implementation Profile Proven experience as a VFX Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D/3D VFXs, motion graphics & animations Experience with Unity real-time rendering Solid understanding of particle systems, physics simulations, shaders, and scripting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with shader development and optimization techniques is preferred Knowledge of animation principles and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits Best-in-class compensation Other benefits according to the country you reside
