The Role

Shape Strategy and the Transformation Agenda

• Partner with executive leadership to translate Go-to-Market strategy and business priorities into a clear, integrated transformation agenda and execution roadmap.
• Identify the most significant opportunities to accelerate growth, commercial performance, productivity, efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Structure complex and ambiguous business challenges and translate them into clear strategic choices, executable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Define priorities, sequencing, investment requirements, dependencies and measures of success across the transformation portfolio.
• Bring external market, consulting and industry perspectives to challenge existing approaches and identify new opportunities for value creation.

Lead Enterprise-Scale Transformation

• Lead complex, high-impact transformation programs across functions, practices, geographies and organizational boundaries.
• Own transformation from strategy through execution, adoption and value realization, ensuring that programs deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Design and implement operating models, processes, governance, organizational structures, capabilities and ways of working.
• Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional teams around a common transformation agenda.
• Anticipate execution risks and organizational barriers and intervene decisively to maintain momentum and outcomes.

Drive Growth and Commercial Optimization

• Drive transformation initiatives that strengthen Kyndryl’s Go-to-Market effectiveness and accelerate profitable growth.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the commercial model, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, productivity and execution.
• Partner with GTM and Consulting leadership to strengthen how Kyndryl positions, sells and delivers differentiated value to customers.
• Apply strong commercial and financial judgment to transformation decisions, balancing growth, customer value, productivity and profitability.
• Ensure the GTM organization has the capabilities, processes, insights and operating model required to execute effectively at global scale.

Establish Operational and Execution Discipline

• Establish the governance, operating rhythms and management cadence required to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution.
• Create transparency and accountability around transformation progress, commercial performance, value delivery, risks and critical decisions.
• Coordinate execution across GTM, Consulting, Practices, Finance, Delivery, Alliances and Operations.
• Drive simplification and clarity across organizational interfaces, decision rights and accountabilities.
• Operate as an executive integrator across functions, ensuring that strategy, financial objectives, organizational priorities and execution remain aligned.

Drive Financial and Business Outcomes

• Connect transformation investments and initiatives to measurable financial, commercial and operational outcomes.
• Partner closely with Finance and business leaders to establish robust business cases, performance measures and value realization plans.
• Track transformation impact against growth, revenue, margin, productivity and other key business outcomes.
• Provide executive-level visibility into performance, risks, dependencies and areas requiring intervention.
• Ensure transformation resources and investments are focused on the initiatives with the greatest enterprise value.

Transform Operating Models and Organizational Effectiveness

• Design and implement operating models that enable greater speed, simplicity, accountability, customer focus and commercial effectiveness.
• Lead organizational redesign, workforce optimization and capability transformation where required to enable strategic priorities.
• Clarify roles, decision rights, governance and organizational interfaces across the Go-to-Market ecosystem.
• Simplify processes and eliminate organizational friction that inhibits execution or customer responsiveness.
• Ensure organizational and operating model changes are embedded and sustained beyond the formal transformation program.

Accelerate AI, Data and Technology-Enabled Transformation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data, analytics and technology to fundamentally improve GTM productivity, decision-making and customer engagement.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate emerging capabilities into scalable business solutions and new ways of working.
• Ensure technology investments are integrated with the necessary operating model, process, capability and behavioral changes.
• Help shape the evolution of Kyndryl’s commercial organization in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.
• Champion innovation while maintaining a disciplined focus on business value and adoption.

Act as a Senior Executive and Client-Facing Transformation Leader

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on strategy, transformation, operating model and commercial performance.
• Represent the transformation agenda in senior customer, partner and internal executive engagements where appropriate.
• Articulate complex transformation strategies and value propositions in compelling business terms.
• Bring credibility from consulting and commercial environments to senior customer conversations.
• Connect customer and market perspectives back into Kyndryl’s GTM transformation priorities.

Lead Change and Organizational Mobilization

• Mobilize leaders and teams around a shared transformation vision, outcomes and execution roadmap.
• Create executive sponsorship and clear business ownership for transformation outcomes.
• Identify the organizational, leadership, capability and cultural changes required to deliver the target state.
• Build change and adoption into transformation programs from inception rather than treating it as a separate activity.
• Coach senior leaders and transformation teams to strengthen execution discipline, accountability and transformation capability.

Who You Are

· 15+ years of executive experience across enterprise transformation, management consulting, strategy, commercial transformation, operations or related leadership roles.

· Significant experience in a leading consulting, advisory or professional services environment, combined ideally with senior industry or operational transformation experience.

· Proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes transformations at enterprise scale and delivering measurable, sustained business results.

· Strong experience in Go-to-Market, commercial, sales, growth or customer-facing transformation, with a clear understanding of the drivers of revenue, margin, productivity and customer value.

· Deep end-to-end transformation experience, including strategy, financial planning, operating model design, organizational transformation, execution governance, change and value realization.

· Demonstrated experience driving growth, commercial optimization, efficiency, organizational redesign and performance improvement.

· Proven ability to advise, influence and challenge C-suite executives and senior leadership teams on complex strategic and transformation decisions.
