Apply Job Type Full-time Description About Brook Care doesn’t stop when patients leave the clinic. Neither do we. Brook helps health systems deliver continuous care beyond traditional visits by combining AI, clinical care teams, connected devices, and operational expertise into one seamless solution. Together, we keep patients connected, support clinicians, and make it easier for healthcare organizations to improve outcomes at scale. We’re building the infrastructure that powers the future of remote, continuous care; helping health systems extend care beyond the clinic, strengthen patient relationships, improve efficiency, and deliver better outcomes through proactive, personalized care. Our Ambition Make continuous care the new standard of healthcare. Run the continuous care infrastructure that extends clinical teams and empowers patients to achieve better health outcomes. Brook. The Remote Care Company For our patients. For our partners. For each other. Requirements The Role The Vice President, National Sales leads Brook’s sales organization and owns new-partner revenue across health systems and clinics of every size — small practices, mid-size groups, and large health systems. Brook has a proven recipe and a strong pipeline, and the mandate is to scale them — driving revenue growth, sharpening the motion, and leading and growing the team that delivers it consistently. The Vice President owns the number, develops the Sales Directors to drive and orchestrate their own deals, backs them as executive sponsor on the biggest opportunities, and personally carries a focused book of the most strategic deals. The sales organization — the Sales Directors who sell and the Sales Operations function that powers pipeline and forecasting — reports into this role. As a member of Brook’s leadership team, the Vice President partners across clinical, delivery, product, marketing, and finance — bringing the whole company behind every deal, because sales does not win alone. The right person is a seasoned sales leader — commercially sharp, fluent in how small, mid-size, and large healthcare organizations buy, and proven at scaling a repeatable motion across markets and a team. Someone who has carried and exceeded a number in healthcare sales, led a team to do the same, and knows the difference between a motion that works once and one that scales. The instinct here is to multiply what already works, not to rebuild the engine from scratch. What You'll Own Own the Number & Drive the Cycle Owns Brook’s revenue number and the forecast — calls it and delivers it, quarter after quarter. Personally drives a focused book of the largest, most strategic health-system and clinic deals — the ones that set the reference and the price. Backs the team as executive sponsor on their biggest deals — opening doors, creating urgency, and clearing obstacles — while each Sales Director owns and orchestrates their own opportunities. Refines the winning motion in the field — pricing, positioning, proof points — so it gets faster and more repeatable. Build & Lead the Team Leads and levels up the Sales Directors already in seat — and hires to grow the team — holding every Director to quota and to the standard the model sets. Coaches Sales Directors to orchestrate their own deals — the right people at the table at the right time, prospect stakeholders paired with the right Brook counterparts at every stage. Runs the sales cadence — pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecast calls — that turns activity into predictable revenue. Ramps new Sales Directors on the replicable playbook so a new hire is productive in weeks, not quarters. Sell Across the Market — Small, Mid, and Large Owns the motion for each segment — small clinics, mid-size groups, and large health systems — knowing where the cycle, the buyer, and the proof differ. Partners with clinical and delivery leadership so what sales promises is what Brook delivers, and reference partners compound. Represents Brook credibly across the C-suite and the practices they run — clinical, financial, and technology leaders alike — making the case for continuous care in their own terms. Run It Like a Business Owns the revenue number and the unit economics behind it — acquisition cost, cycle time, win rate, and deal size — and manages the team to move them. Owns Sales Operations — which reports into this role — including HubSpot, pipeline hygiene, and the data that makes the forecast trustworthy. Works with Sales Operations to build the sales materials and artifacts the motion runs on — decks, proof points, and fast, high-quality RFP responses. Feeds the field back into the playbook — what is winning, what is stalling — so marketing, product, and pricing sharpen every quarter. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven revenue leader — a personal track record of carrying and exceeding quota selling into healthcare (health systems, provider groups, or clinics). Proven sales leader — has built and led teams that hit quota, with a system for coaching average Sales Directors to great. Deep understanding of how small, mid-size, and large health systems and clinics buy — the cycles, stakeholders, and economics of each. Business-minded — fluent in the unit economics of a sales motion and able to manage to them, not just to activity. Sees and replicates what works — can codify the winning motion and teach it across a team and across markets. Leads an AI-first sales motion — puts AI to work on prospecting, account research, deal prep, and RFPs, expects the same of the team, and keeps the judgment to verify before anything reaches a customer. Clear, credible communicator with executive healthcare buyers and an internal team alike. Preferred Experience 10+ years in healthcare sales, including 4+ years leading sales teams to quota. A track record selling healthcare services or software into health systems and clinics — the buyers Brook serves — where the buyer and the motion matter more than the exact product. Experience scaling a proven sales motion — taking a repeatable playbook from a few Sales Directors to many. Early-stage or high-growth background; comfortable building the team while staying close to the deals that matter most. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Working at Brook Three commitments anchor the work — for our patients, for our partners, and for each other. Brook moves fast in two of the most demanding industries in America, and the way the team shows up to each other is the way it shows up to the patients who count on Brook. No bystanders. A gap or a risk gets brought forward, not worked around — effort and credit are shared across the team. Honest, with care. Pushback is thoughtful, and when a tradeoff is hard, the patient and partner on the other end anchor the call. Operational rigor, with AI in the loop. Daily, skeptical, accountable use of AI-enabled tooling — and the judgment to know where AI carries the work and where a human must. Why You Want to Work Here The work is real — patients with chronic conditions feel the impact of every partner you bring on. The recipe works — you are scaling a motion that already wins, not searching for one. The bar is high and so is the trust — clarity on what we’re building, the autonomy to run the sales org the way it needs to be run, and teammates who hold themselves to the same standard.
