About the Position:
As the Vice President of Enrollment Management, you will lead Empire’s centralized enrollment management strategy and drive enrollment success across the organization. This role provides leadership to the Enrollment Management teams, oversees Admissions and top-of-funnel activity, and partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. You will also support Empire’s brand, marketing initiatives, and visibility.
You will oversee enrollment metrics, initiatives, and the student admissions process from lead generation through start. This role works closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, and other teams to improve performance, enhance the prospective student experience, and support the effective use of CRM, advertising, social media, and admissions analytics. The Vice President also promotes professional growth, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring enrollment practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
While this position offers remote work flexibility, it requires periodic in-person attendance at the Home Office in Pottsville, PA, as well as travel to other company locations as needed and as scheduled.
